What Should I Expect?
Your personalized functional medicine plan includes deeper biochemical investigation paired with evidence based treatment strategies.
In your initial consultation you will be asked a series of medical questions to provide a detailed picture of your case. This will include previous and current medical conditions, family health history and prescribed medications & supplements. Physical examination may be conducted if clinically relevant to your concerns.
Functional medical testing may be required depending on the clinical case presented. Dr. Garrett, ND may request access to previous labs and bloodwork with your consent. Medical testing will only be completed if it is medically relevant and necessary for treatment.
Once the results are in the will be complied into a comprehensive medical report which will be review with you and Dr. Garrett, ND. This will provide insight to potential issues and give insight to treatment options moving forward.
